INTRALIPOTHERAPY WITH AQUALYX

AQUALYX is a first injectable device for non surgical treatment of localized adiposity.

Aqualyx is a microgelatin solution consists of a three-dimensional sugar sponge structure in which are placed micro amounts of detersive substances dissolved in the phosphate solution. Aqualyx do not contain phosphatidylcholine. It is well known by now that phosphatidylcholine does not have any action involving the destruction of fat cells.Indeed, acting in solution of phosphatidylcholine substance is detergent: sodium deoxycholate.

Another good news is the fact that the mandatory introduction Aqualyx technique – a technique of intralipoptherapy – is the most safe and totally painless way to perform the surgery. Therapy consists of injection the substance into the fat tissue with a special needle – with just one or possibly two sites of injection – that is, during the surgery the patient is stung with a needle only two times. This technique allows to eliminate the risk of complications, which often occurs when other techniques for operations at the so-called “lipolysis”.

With technique of intralipoptherapy with Aqualyx, we can remove dispensible fat from places such as:

  • Uupper limbs – in the triceps area
  • Folds on the back (below the ribs)
  • Stomach area
  • Hips, “riding breeches”
  • Rear end and buttocks area
  • Inner thighs
  • Inner side of knee
  • Double chin / jaw contour modeling
  • Gynecomastia
  • Lipomas

Additional safety for both patient and physician ensures fact, that the authority to perform such treatments are only physicians who have received specialized training and it is a principle applied rigorously!

In contrast to the commonly used solutions of phosphatidylcholine, formulation Aqyalyx provides:

  • Minor soreness and faster action
  • Shorter intervals between treatments
  • A smaller number of treatments needed to obtain the effects
  • No patients who did not respond to treatment
  • Mandatory infiltration technique: intralipotherapy

Intralipotherapy contraindications:

  • Severe liver disease
  • Severe kidney disease
  • Autoimmune diseases; allergies
  • Sserious infections
  • Blood clotting disorder
  • Pregnancy and breast-feeding

The treatment involves introduction of the drug into the fat tissue by injection. Physician carry out 2-4 injections, the drug is served by fan-shaped injection with an appropriate needle and syringe. The specified material dissolves fat cell membranes, resulting in the fat takes on a liquid consistency and then is removed by the lymphatic system of the body. We provide one to several drug ampoules, depending on the extent of tissue removed and the place has undergone surgery. The treatment is virtually painless and requires no special preparation. Therapy, is provided in the cycle, which lasts for several weeks. Usually 3 to 4 treatments is required at an interval of 2-3 weeks each.

After treatment, the patient immediately returns to everyday activities. Immediately after the treatment patient can feel slight itching and short term burning. Over the next few days redness and swelling may be visible in the area undergoing treatment. The skin will be slightly painful and tender. This condition is a normal reaction of the body for surgery, does not require special care and resolves spontaneously. Hematomas may also occur, as after normal puncture of the skin.

Duration of treatment: 30min
Anesthesia: local or no anesthesia, an anesthetic cream
The required number of treatments: 3-4 every 2-3 weeks
Side effects: not reported any side effects
Possible complications: the occurrence of hematoma, swelling and overheating of the injection site, headache, sensitivity to pressure and itching, infection at the injection site
Checks after the treatment: after 3 weeks
Recovery: this treatment does not interfere with normal activity.

Durability of the final result depends on the location of the reported substances. In some cases, even for life (riding breeches, around the navel and knees)
Is advisable to drink more water to 2 weeks after surgery.
